My Secret Garden Flower Shop

These folks rocked! Our daughter waited until the last minute on her 1st HS dance to tell us she needed a boutonniere. They custom made us a white rose boutonniere w/ dark green ribbon in 25 minutes on the day of the dance, and it looks awesome! Thanks gals!

We were sent flowers from Secret Garden for our anniversary. The sender specifically requested a morning delivery but the flowers did not arrive until after 5pm, when we had already left the house for a night out, When we returned that evening we found these flowers had been sitting outside on our west facing front patio on a 99 degree day.
The arrangement pictured here is after I removed some of the wilted tulips. The roses are overblown.

Very disappointing! The sender had to call twice to ask about delivery and was given the run around. Too bad the Secret Garden didn't offer to send a replacement bouquet that would arrive fresh in the morning,

Second time ordering flowers for my sister in Glendale, Arizona. Owner and receptionist were wonderful and even sent me a message once the flowers were delivered.

I called and left a voicemail on thanksgiving. And they returned my call. I live in Texas but my mother was in the hospital in Glendale. They were very helpful with my needs. My mother got her flowers and was so shocked with how big and beautiful they were. it lifted her spirit. All the nursing staff gave her compliments on the beautiful flowers. They are affordable. I will order with them again. Thank you so much.

This is my go-to florist from now on.

I had a death in the family and they were more than accommodating on the speed of getting an arrangement together. My trip was three hours driving time and they even gave me a box to secure the arrangement during the trip.

My husband placed an online order for me for Valentine's Day. It wasn't ready on the day their system said it would be, and I received no communication telling me there was a delay. I've been calling and getting different answers from everyone and nobody calls me back or gives me a time frame. The owner only speaks Spanish and can't talk to customers. It's been a week and no order, or refund. I called to ask what's going on and the manager hung up on me. He said it would be hard to find my receipt, but I went in the store a day before to ask for a refund and it was sitting right next to the register. I was going to tell him that but he was so rude on the phone that I couldn't get a word in before he hung up.

I paid almost $90 for a rose arrangement for my moms birthday. Had put in the order with more then a weeks notice and pick up time was set at 10am. I walk in and my arrangement was not done. Lady said it would be another 30 minutes. I receive my order to a job done half-assed. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Go to Safeway they do a way better job.

I ordered flowers from this shop from Texas and they have been extremely helpful. I made a mistake on the order and they went out of their way to help me out. Thank you for making my grandmother feel special on her birthday! The arrangment was beautiful!

Do NOT use this shop! I received what I'm sure was a very expensive floral arrangement for Christmas. It was delivered on a Friday; by Monday 9 of the 15 white roses were drooping and dead-looking, even after changing the water daily and misting several times a day. The white accent flowers dropped petals everywhere and even the greenery was turning brown. I emailed and called the shop -- no response. By the end of the week, all of the flowers were completely wilted and dead. Another call and email, and still no response. This business obviously has no concern for customer service, and given this abysmal reaction I would never recommend them to anyone. Shame on them -- especially at this season of joy and love.
