Caffe Ladro

Such a cute cafe in downtown!

The barista was so kind to us and explained in detail of our drinks and asked how we wanted it and how she would do it thoroughly which was great!

Definitely recommend the Rose Cardamom blended latte! I love cardamom in a drink bc it's so distinct yet flavorful, you can really taste it. I'd get this again hands down! (And yes I got blended even tho it was cold outside but all that walking in a puffy coat and thick sweater calls for a cold beverage lol to balance the temp). My coworker liked her matcha iced latte as well!

Visited for the first time this morning on our way to the Flower and Garden show. A bit hard to get to due to construction out front but it was well worth the small journey. Very quaint shop nice background music provided a calm atmosphere and nice ambiance for those wanting to stay and chit chat. The chocolate croissant was delicious as was my white chocolate americano. I still always wonder why no shop in Seattle makes a 16oz drink with three shots. Seems silly to pay for extra water that just waters down the beautiful coffee flavor. Anyhow enough of that as you can always pay extra or not for more espresso. The Barista sorry I did not catch her name was fantastic. Very calm, smooth a d steady as she kept up with the flow. She apologized for the wait, yet it's the nature of the beast when you make a delicious beverage.
Make sure to seek out the downtown Ladro next time you are in Seattle it is kitty corner to the Paramount Hotel. Oh ps I would have provided a 5 star and will once I find a regular shop that pours 16oz drinks with 3 shots.

The cafe has been just a few blocks from my office and the Carmel they use is delightfully flavored my coffee.

The service is always good. The Wi-Fi is decent, but sometimes they play some weird renditions of EMO music that is not the best but if bad music is the worst at a coffee shop off is it still worth going?

An adorable cafe with great service:) Very kind employees as well as very patient with my indecisiveness. Had the chorizo breakfast burrito and it was delicious- also very hot coffee and burrito which is great. Lots of seating and safe environment, definitely will be coming back soon!!

I recently moved to SLU and have had the WORST experiences with customer service here. Walking into Ladro, I braced for the worst. Instead, I was met with Lily who was a breath of fresh air! Lily was kind, and when I ordered a food item, she offered her input which solidified that I was making a good choice. She also repeated back and made sure to ask me if I had said oat milk, which I appreciated.

Usual caffè ladro amazingness, definitely my favorite espresso place in Seattle. Got my usual combo, cortado + espresso chip cake, I can't get enough of it! Cortado came in a porcelain cup rather than the usual Gibraltar glass, also, the plate was of the wrong size + there was no soda water. Not much attention to detail :) but whatever, I love it anyway. The barista girl was alone and struggling a bit keeping the pace on a busy Saturday morning, so service was a bit slow.

Small cafe with limited seating but lots of tasty drinks to choose from and very dog friendly. Their drinks are unique and flavorful. Outdoor and window views

Very nice place! I only got a latte but it was delicious. The employee was friendly and quickly prepared my drink. It was not crowded and I felt comfortable there. Very welcoming environment.
Addendum: went again. Different barista. Amazing latte again.

The cheese and jalapeño scone was very unique and good. We got the items through Too Good To Go. Cashier had a very good mood and was kind.

Excellent coffee and pastries. Ambiance was nice and the baristas had great music playing. They were very friendly, too. I spent a few hours working there and later met a friend. All in all, some of the best coffee/asmosphere in the area. Would definitely go back.
