What you need to know

• Pick your order up at your earliest convenience.
• We'll hold your order for 24 hours, after that it will be canceled.
• Make sure you have enough space in your vehicle to fit your order.

Where to go

Curbside pick-up

1. Follow signs to the Click & Collect Order Pick-Up area to the left of the store.
2. Park in one of the designated spots and check-in.
3. Wait in your vehicle and we will be out with your order shortly.

In-store pick-up

1. Park in the loading zone in front of the store and check-in. We'll text when your order is ready.
2. Enter through the Exchanges & Returns Entrance.
3. Turn right and proceed to the Furniture Pick-Up Counter to pick-up your order.

Please note: Our curbside pick-up may be closed due to unforeseen circumstances. During curbside closures, please follow instructions for in-store pick-up.
