My review is specifically for the framing department.

I have had two really important pieces custom framed by the wonderful people in the framing department at this location and I couldn't be happier with their work, but also their customer service. It's rare to encounter such lovely people who are also passionate about their job these days and I appreciate that so much.

As for me, I won't go anywhere else for framing needs. Just fabulous!

I lost receipt and wanted to return perfectly unused throw rugs. I called store and asked for a mgr. Jen answered and said to bring them back to take a look. When I got there Sydney the asst cust svc mgr said she had never seen these rugs in their store. They called Jen over. Meanwhile I walked over to the rug aisle and saw them stacked on the shelf. I brought rug to cashier. Then Jen, mgr walks over telling me they were used. I told her, they had been in my garage in a bag, but not used. She proceeded to try and argue with me. Meanwhile the puppet, Sydney was observing shaking her head looking like egg on her face, because she previously lied in my face, saying the rugs were discontinued . I asked for store mgr, who was not there and then a general manager. I swear I'll never shop at hobby lobby again. I'm going to elevate this complaint all the way to the top!
If i could give 0 on cust svc, I would.

I have shopped at this location for decades as it is within walking distance of my house. Therefore, I should know of its downhill slide. Today, I went to the sewing department. I rarely solicit service there as I do not sew. However, even as one who does not sew, I went to the department knowing I needed white piping for a project. The staff knew less than I did. They had no idea where to find piping because they did not know what it was. Even I know that piping is a sewing staple. Describing the staff as clueless would be an understatement. Joann, here I come.

Love Hobby Lobby. Can find so many gift ideas and the a nice fabric area and the framing department does a incredible job custom framing. They were all set for Christmas, with not alot left. I the shelves at some every where was low in inventory due Covid.

It was so ravaged and barren in here. Why on earth didn't the female doorwatch (I'm irritated right now) tell me that there is no point in waiting in this hour plus long line? I waited over teo weeks to write this review and I'm still irritated.
There was a guy who was in line ahead of me and refused to move out of the shade whenever there was allowances into the building. I stared in disbelief and frustration as the doorwatch did nothing to ask the guy to MOVE so that the test of us burning in the glare of the midday sun wouldn't need to be turned over to roast too often!

Then. To top that it is literally EVERY BODY that counts. There were two mothers or one mom and a grandmother in line ahead of me. They were separate parties. But they each had two children. That is 6 BODIES. And they were allowing a 1 for 1 at the time so one person out, one person in.

Why did I stay in line, you may be asking. Yes. I understand that question. But it was me crafting with my kids or me watching them try to wrestle and kill each other one one day. I couldn't take it. And Amazon was ripping people off with their prices.

Anyway. I won't be back to this store even after the Covid is over.

The senior lady working/cutting at the fabric area was unpleasant and also did the math wrong on the order slip she gave me. Wasn't apologetic at all and had something smart to say and some sarcasm when cashier called her about the issue.

If it's holiday season come here. If it's time to update the decor in your home or office, come here. If it's craft time, come here. If you're bored to death and have nothing to do but shop come here.

Closed Sundays

On my last visit to Hobby Lobby, I visited the restrooms and they were disgusting! Only one stall was usable they had not been cleaned in quite some time.

The employees at the frame department are very good. Friendly, helpful and I
have found their input valuable . I do all my framing here,

I love Hobby Lobby, but this location has to be the best in Houston!

The employees are so nice and they really want to help whether you call-in to reserve a product or arent quite sure what you need. I really appreciate the awesome customer service that they offer and I will always drive that extra mile or so to come to this location.
